Dion Wood is the Co-Chair of the Tribal Child Care Association of California. He is the Child Care Manager and the Tribal Employment Rights Officer for the Karuk Tribe. Dion is the Co-Lead for the Quality Counts CA (QCC) Tribal Region and Project Hope CA Leadership Team Member. 

Kim Nall is the Co-Chair of the Tribal Child Care Association of California. She is the Director of the Hand-in-Hand Early Learning Center and EHS-CCP Site for the Colusa Indian Community. Kim is the Co-Lead for the Quality Counts CA (QCC) Tribal Region and Project HOPE CA Leadership Team Member. 

David Smith-Ferri is the Secretary for the Tribal Child Care Association of California. David works for Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians in Support Services.  

Joleen Whipple is the Cultural Committee Chair for the Tribal Child Care Association of California. She is the Child Care Director for the Round Valley Indian Tribes. 

Ann Louise Bonnitto is the Tribal Child Care Association of California Legislative Chair, a past TCCAC Chair and the Tribal Child Care Development Director for the California Rural Indian Health Board, Inc.
